Commission Structure and Administrative Duties

Assuming that you will be aiming your goals to having other sales representatives on staff, you will need some sort of Commission Structure to go by for payments to be issued to your sales representatives. This article will contain that information and also a Contact Information Card, a Call Tally Sheet and a Activity Success Scorecard. I will have everything contained in this article typed as though you were going to copy and print as is.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:

Commission to telemarketing sales representatives is 20% of collected funds on any sale.

Commission to telemarketing/field sales representatives is 23% of collected funds on any sale.

Commission is payable in the following manner: 1) The pay period for the firm is bi-weekly and payday is within two ( 2 ) working days following the close of the pay period. Your paycheck will include compensation for all collected funds on any sales recorded representative at the close of the pay period.

In accordance with the requirements of Federal, State, and Local law, deductions will be made automatically from your paycheck for Federal Witholding, State and Local Witholding, Federal Insurance Contribution Act ( FICA ).

If the employee is participating in the Group Medical Program, his or her contribution will also be deducted from the paycheck on a pro-rata basis.

2) Any telemarketing/field sales representative with $2,000.00 in collected funds on sales recorded on your FINAL STATUS REPORT FOR SALES in a given week shall be paid at a commission rate of 25%, for that given week.

YEARLY COMMISSION EXAMPLE:

Telemarketing/field sales representative sales average $780.00 per day:

*$780.00 x 23% = $179.40 per day at 23%.........................

*$780.00 x 5 days = $3,900.00 in sales..........................

*$3,900.00 x 25% ( see #2 ) = $975.00 par week..................

*$975.00 x 52 Weeks = $50,700.00 per year.......................

* Note these figures are based on only average minimal sales of advertising spaces.
