If you are the type of person who enjoys participating in adventure sports like snowboarding and mountain biking, then you should realize that if you want to continue to do these sports as you get older you'll need to stay fit and healthy. When you're young it's easy to have energy, stamina and quick recoveries. But time will catch up with you, so you are better off being prepared.
