"My Child Is Not A Monster!"

the Earth formed, do you want to become a scientist?

A. No, that could be my hobby, but I want to learn about electronics. I like taking things apart like radios, to see how they work. I also like to invent things. I'm always working on inventions at home, like games.

Q. How do you feel when you are learning about electronics and working on inventions?

A. I feel really great, and happy inside. It's something that I'm good at and everyone tells me I'm good at it too!

AD/HD can be very difficult to live with. The problems at school and at home can be totally overwhelming at times. It is important to remember, though, that it is the disability not the child that is at the root of the problem. So, if you are a parent of a child with a learning disability, do what I do. Proudly tell the world - "My child is not a monster, he is an typical boy with typical hopes and typical dreams."
