Teaching the ADHD Child


Of course there are many other tips and techniques that can help the ADHD student. These are merely a few suggestions. Probably the single best tip I can give a teacher is to learn more about ADHD. Learn not only the list of symptoms, but also how those with ADHD think and react differently than those who don't have ADHD. Knowledge of ADHD can often help you as a teacher cope with and understand your ADHD students and also give you ideas for helping your students develop the coping skills they will need now and in the future.
