quality meditation quite easy. We are not seeking to teach creative visualization. There are some terrific teaches out there. You can learn that from our techniques, however, if you choose. We are seeking to teach a particular combination of the two that permits you to do what we call Directed Reverie. The technique is similar to programing a computer to run a particular item of software whenever presented with the same circumstances. It may seem to be a lot of work setting it up but all becomes easy after that. Such automation becomes necessary if we are to include our spiritual reality as part of our daily life.

Whether your efforts are motivated by a desire to add depth and richness of experience to your present belief system or to seek a replacement for one that has failed you, we laud your efforts and seek to be of assistance. We can clearly remember the struggle we had in our first efforts. We can also remember how glorious was our first success. In our next article we will delve into each aspect of our techniques in much greater detail.
