will headline the caper flick The Italian Job, which I'm afraid may fall through the cracks. And then of course we do have the smaller films in May which may be worth finding. Buffalo Soldiers is a military satire about U.S. soldiers in 1989 Berlin, and boasts a great looking cast ... Joaquin Phoenix, Anna Paquin, Scott Glenn, and Ed Harris. Director Neil LaBute has a new film coming out, a twisted romance called The Shape of Things. John Malkovich makes his directorial debut with The Dancer Upstairs, which has already garnered rave reviews, and previews are certainly getting the word out about this Latin themed thriller. Philip Seymour Hoffman stars with Minnie Driver and John Hurt in the independent production Owning Mahowney. Computer animated characters still are not quite perfect ... Gollum in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was our best achievement yet in computer animated characters in live action films, but I'm afraid The Hulk has to carry a film, and it doesn't look to me, right now anyway, that the computer generated Hulk will work, but we'll see ... it's still bound to do great business. Jennifer Connelly and Nick Nolte co-star. Of course, June will be filled with more sequels. Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore, and Lucy Liu will be
