Four wheeling or off-roading with RCs sounds interesting, doesn't it? Well, you can off-road with some radio-controlled cars. It can get expensive but it can be a lot of fun. All you need is a good radio-controlled car setup.

You can get either gas or electric RCs. The electric ones are a little cheaper but you need more batteries for them. Usually one battery lasts about eight to ten minutes and then needs to be recharged. GSAs are more expensive. However you don't need to charge up batteries you just pour in the nitro fluid and go. the whole setup can cost you anywhere from two hundred and fifty on up. You can even get some RCs that look like a four-wheeler with a person riding it - pretty cool, ha?

I bet you are wondering where to run the RCs or where to get them. Well, you could drive them in your back yard, or else you can find an RC car track. They even have leagues that you can race in . You can get the RCs at basically any hobby shop or in RC magazines. Also, if a hobby shop doesn't have the one you want, they usually will special order them for you. You can even costum build your own car.

Be careful when you are driving them. They can get going pretty fast and you don't want to wreck your expensive car. That would cost you a whole lot.
