For this month's article, I want to take a little step in a different direction and tell you about a great course we are offering at the Suite University Kids' School. It's called Bullying: What it is and How to Cope.
It is totally cruel and illegal to tease or hurt animals. I certainly don't want to hear about anybody doing it. It is also very cruel to tease other people. The problem is that bullies enjoy doing this and the victim gets very sad. In this course, you will find out why people bully. There are many reasons and Mary Alward will tell you this in her course. She will also tell you how to react to bullying and how to get help. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in the course with you. It is always good for adults to know what kids are doing on their computer. Mary uses language that is easy to understand and it's written in your own language. This is a course designed especially for kids aged 8 to 12. Not only does she give you good advice, she has links to websites that will help you. Here is what you will find in the course: I think all of us have been bullied at one time or another. It really hurts, doesn't it? Sometimes bullying can get carried away and people can get injured for life. I recommend this course to any kid who is being bullied or is a bully. Understanding how and why is the way to help stop this terrible thing. When your parent registers you for the course, you can access it for 30 days. You can read it at your own pace and there is an easy quiz at the end of each lesson. We welcome you and your parent to read the course and talk about it. Being bullied affects you and your family. Just click on the link below and it will take you to the Course Introduction where you can find more information. At the price of $14.95, this course is an excellent deal.
