Our moms feel you’ve been a pretty good father, but you always had an eye for the ladies. And yes, they have complained that you’re a bit fast on the drive and slow on the romance, but hey, we got here, didn’t we? Oh yeah, we heard about the time you dislocated your shoulder trying to get at the ladies – that’s when you were first introduced to them – being a confirmed adult bachelor before you moved here, our moms said you must have thought you’d died and gone to heaven – four ladies to choose from! Well, you certainly didn’t ignore them – all they had to do was give that special wave at the tip of their tail and BAM – you were right there, eager to please. They called you “the Stud Man”. Fortunately for us, you didn’t seem to mind all the kids around you. And you seemed to sense we were your kids. Oh, how we all laughed when Zeus (your first son, remember?) tried to challenge you – his head bobbing like one of those toys, his beard black and frilled out as far as possible – his posture of menace – and you, just looking at him with that silly grin on your face. He even tried to head butt you, and you just walked over him, then turned to look back, and then continued on your way. Even our moms laughed – that should keep his ego in check. But we were very grateful you did not take it as a challenge to your authority, and did not retaliate by biting his tail or head.
And you seemed to sense that your daughters were off limits, you never went near them – you did leave that to Zeus (for which he was very grateful, believe us).
And yes, we did notice you were getting tired. Your appetite went off, you didn’t seem to want to get out as much, and when you did, you just wanted to stay in the sun and not explore. (We’ve heard about your heroic leaps from chair to chair – looking for ladies! We also heard about your fantasy with a large grey sock!). We should have known when you just wanted to cuddle and sleep. That last night – all the ladies tried to entice you, and you did your best to accommodate them all – they all hung around you and were very patient. They were just glad to feel your touch on them.
