J. C. Wilder's Shadow Dwellers Series had the distinction of being eBook best sellers. Then her publisher, Dreams Unlimited, closed its doors. I was very pleased to find her with a new publisher.
What is new and exciting in your life? So much is new and exciting that I'm not sure where to be begin. I signed with a new publisher, LTDBooks of Canada http://www.ltdbooks.com and they've reissued my previous Dreams Unlimited titles and they've picked up the new titles in the series as well. They are also releasing all of the titles as trade paperbacks! My latest Shadow Dweller title, SINS OF THE FLESH, was just released and Romantic Times has selected it as a Top Pick for December. Needless to say I'm stunned and very pleased by this development. When my previous publisher Dreams Unlimited folded in early 2001, I thought my writing career was over. There had been a number of serious upheavals in the market and a lot of writers were cut adrift. I feel very lucky to have signed with LTDBooks and it looks like the future is bright for the Shadow Dwellers. (pardon the pun) ;) Where can we find you on the web? What are you currently working on? What are your plans for the coming new year, 2002? Anything else you want the readers to know?
BOOK REVIEW Available from LTD Books http://www.ltdbooks.com SINS OF THE FLESH, the fifth in J. C. Wilder's Shadow Dweller series, brings Alexandre Saint-Juste, the straight-laced, rather uptight head of the Council of Elders, up against the flamboyant and irrepressible Sunni. Though Alexandre thinks that Sunni is definitely not his type, he considers her a young, flighty, empty-headed vampire whom he finds extremely irritating, he finds himself suddenly very attracted to her. He readily admits that she is beautiful--tiny, blonde, sensual--but not at all the usual woman he is attracted to. As for Sunni, she has been in love with Alexandre since he rescued her from death when she was caught out in the sunlight as a young vampire. She is determined to break through his icy reserve and get him to finally notice her.
