Her talent was recognized early in life by a Gypsy palm reader who was awed by the lines she saw in the little eight-year-old girl's palm. The Gypsy predicted that Jeanne would become world famous because she was blessed with the gift of prophecy.
Over the years, this prediction proved true. Most of her prophecies came to her in dreams or visions. Sometimes she used a crystal ball, but only to focus her thoughts. She also used astrology to some extent. But most of her revelations came to her unexpected and unbidden, and she would startle friends or strangers by blurting out what she had seen..
An excellent example of this was her revelation about the death of Robert Kennedy. Jeanne was leaving a speaking engagement at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, where she had predicted that Robert Kennedy would be assassinated before he had a chance to become president. As she walked down a corridor near the kitchen, she suddenly stopped.
"Robert Kennedy. This is the place where he will be shot. I see him falling to the floor covered with blood,"she gasped.
On June 5, Robert Kennedy indeed met his death on this very spot, the victim of a bullet from a gun fired by Sirhan Sirhan.

Why didn't Ms. Dixon warn the people involved? She tried, several times. Either her messages went unanswered or they failed to arrive in time. Does this, perhaps, prove that these things were decreed to happen and nothing was allowed to stop them?
