Recovering from decades of civil war, Angola is slowly progressing to become a tourist destination once again. Several guided tours into the country are already on offer by various tour operators and visiting the capitol city of Luanda, is an eye opening experience. Although visitors are still cautioned to take care and not venture off the clearly marked roads, more and more tourists find a visit to Angola well worth their while.
