Afghanistan Travel

Afghanistan is located in southern Asia, east of Iran and north/west of Pakistan. Despite the violent conflicts in recent years, Afghanistan's capital city of Kabul is becoming an increasingly popular Middle East tourist destination, as are other cities like Kandahar, Herat, Balkh, Mazi-I-Sharif and the central-Afghanistan province of Bamiyan.

Points of interest include the Kabul Museum the Gardens of Babur, the Bala Hisar fortress, the bande Amir lakes and the shrine of Hazrat Ali.
